It's time to boycott Monster Cable

Durangoan sues to keep Monster away

What is it with American companies with "Sue People" as the top way on their business plan to make money? I've always used their products, but no more. In fact, I think we should get together enough cable to make several nooses. Jeesh.

Microsoft releases third open-source contribution

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but it always makes me feel weird when Microsoft does something nice. Wiki's had been on my mind since iWiki for OS X was released. I try to make sure I use this amazing resource when I can. It amazes me that a bunch of dedicated people can do this--and makes me feel bad I don't help.

CNN sucks: Log Cabin Republicans

The ultimate oxymoron--the Log Cabin Republicans (rich, gay Republicans for the uninitiated)--launched a decent commercial today (RealMedia video).

Now with the crap CNN loves to show, how can they find this "too controversial to air"? Anyway, the LCRs are asking you to "Tell CNN that it is wrong not to allow Log Cabin to buy airtime for our new commercial. Call 404-827-1700 and ask to be transferred to the advertising department."

And I say, "why not?".

Say it ain't so! Pyramid Dual-Arm iMac Patent.

Gizmodo : Funky Pyramid Dual Arm iMac G5 Patent

Rumours are flying that this patent, released ahead of MacWorld Paris, may be the new iMac G5. Maybe it's an ode to that whacky pyramid at the Louvre.

Figured this was a good time to start the blog [with harassment from Dennis].
